25-Seven Systems joins The Telos Alliance

Long-Time Livewire Partner Brings Audio Time Management Expertise to Telos Family of Products

The Telos Alliance has acquired audio technology developer and manufacturer 25-Seven Systems. Well-known among broadcasters for products such as the award-winning Program Delay Manager (PDM) and Audio Time Manager (ATM), the 25-Seven brand will become part of the Cleveland, USA group, which includes Telos Systems, Omnia Audio, Axia Audio and Linear Acoustic.

"I can‘t express how happy I am to welcome the 25-Seven team to our family," says Telos Alliance CEO Frank Foti. "We‘ve been close business friends and collaborators for quite some time. Key members of the team will continue with us in a new Telos Alliance division, enhancing their existing products and launching some groundbreaking new technologies in the near future."

All members of the 25-Seven organization will continue with the company, including VP of Sales Rick Sawyer, Director of Engineering Barry Blesser, CFO Derek Pilkington and the full R&D department. The existing 25-Seven dealer network will continue to serve broadcasters worldwide. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
