Telos Alliance taps Eicher for radio sales
10 December 2012 Cleveland Ohio, USA
Cam Eicher, a name familiar to radio broadcasters throughout the U.S., is joining the Telos Alliance, having been appointed Director of Sales, Radio for the Telos, Omnia Audio, and Axia Audio brands.
"Cam is well-known and respected throughout the industry as a straight shooter and a ‘heads up‘ player," says Telos Alliance CEO Frank Foti. "After so many years as friendly competitors, I‘m delighted that we‘re able to bring Cam to the Telos team. We‘re going to rock and roll!"
"Changing jobs is not something I do very often," notes Eicher. "In order for there to be a good match, a company has to offer cutting edge products, outstanding customer service and have a rock-solid reputation. The Telos Alliance, with its history of innovation and wide breadth of products, certainly fits the bill. It‘s a great set of companies, with products that reach into every radio station in the industry. Phones, codecs, processing, consoles ? nobody else offers the breadth and depth of products that these three companies do. I can‘t wait to get started."
Eicher brings nearly 25 years of broadcast experience to The Telos Alliance, which include on-air and engineering positions. His expertise is drawn from over 21 years in sales management positions with Harris Broadcast Division, Logitek, and most recently as Director of Sales at Sierra Automated Systems.
Eicher will begin his new position on January 7, 2013, working from his home base in Cincinnati, Ohio. He may be reached via e-mail atcam.eicher@TelosAlliance.com, or by phone at +1 216.241.7225.
